从肝脾论治腹泻型肠易激综合征30例

目的：观察从肝脾论治腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：60例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例予中药治疗，对照组30例予谷维素、整肠生治疗。两组疗程均为4周。结果：治疗组显效14例，好转12例，无效4例，总有效率为86．67％；对照组显效7例，好转12例，无效11例，总有效率为63．33％。两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：从肝脾论治腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著，能改善IBS临床症状。

Clinical Observation of Treatment Determination from Liver and Spleen on Diarrhea - Pre-dominate Irritable Bowel Syndrome, A Report of 30 Cases

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of treatment determination from liver and spleen on diarrhea- predominate irritable bowel syndrome. Method： 60 cases with diarrhea -predominate irritable bowel syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by Chinese medicine. 30 cases in control group were treated by oryzanol and entrocoordinatibiogen. The treatment course included 4 weeks. Result： In treatment group 14 cases were excellent, 12 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 86.67%. In control group 7 cases were excellent, 12 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 63.33%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Treatment determination from liver and spleen has good effect on diarrhea - predominate irritable bowel syndrome. It can improve clinical symptoms of diarrhea- predominate irritable bowel syndrome.
