| 摘 要： | 方法：采用免疫放射分析法测定人血清促甲状腺激素（ＴＳＨ）含量。结论：该法诊断甲状腺功能减退症（甲减）的灵敏度高，而且诊断甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢）的灵敏度高于检测血清游离甲状腺素Ｔ_３（ＦＴ_３）与总Ｔ_３（ＴＴ_３），并可区分正常、甲亢、甲减三种甲状腺功能状态，是甲状腺功能测定中的首选检查方法。但该方法的特异性有限，不能取代其他甲状腺功能测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:The serum thyrotropin(TSH)concentration of 877 patients and l23 normal subjects were measured withimmunoradiometric assay(IRMA).Results:The sensitivity of TSH IRMA in the diagnosis of thyrotoxicosis and hypothyroidism is excellent.In the diagnosis of thyrotoxicosis the sensitivity of TSH IRMA is higher than FT3 and TT3 determination.It can differentiate normal,thyrotoxicosis and hypothyroidism.Conclusion:Sensitive thyrotropin measurement may be considered the single best indicator of abnormal thyroid function;but its specificity is not good enough.Therefore it can not yet replace other thyroid function tests. |
