胆通胶囊预防色素性结石形成的机制研究

目的]用林可霉素皮下注射诱发豚鼠胆囊色素性结石动物模型,观察胆通胶囊对色素性结石形成的预防作用及其机制.方法]实验组(分大、小剂量)在注射林可霉素的同时灌服胆通胶囊提取物,模型组灌服等量0.85%氯化钠溶液,正常组单纯灌服0.85%氯化钠溶液.结果]胆通胶囊大剂量组成石率为23.0%,模型组成石率为100%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).两组间胆汁细菌培养阳性率(15.0%和91.7%)、间接胆红素与直接胆红素比值、总胆酸以及钙离子水平、肝功能等指标差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论]胆通胶囊具有预防色素性结石形成的作用,这种作用可能与其保护肝细胞和胆囊组织、维持胆汁有形成分代谢的正常化以及抑菌抗菌等多重作用有关.

Mechanism of Dantong capsule on preventing formation of pigmental stones

Objective] To study the action and mechanism of Dantong capsule on preventing formation of pigmental stones in guinea pigs.Methods] Model of guinea pig with pigmental stone was prepared by subcutaneous injection with Lincomycin. Test groups (large and small doses of Dantong capsule) were fed with extract of Dantong capsule at the same time. Both model control group and normal control group were fed with normal saline.Results] The rate of pigmental stone formation was 23% in the test group of large dose and 100% in the model control group, which showed significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Moreover, the bacterial growth rate in bile culture (15.0% and 91.7%),the ratio of indirect bilirubin to direct bilirubin, content of the bile acid and the calcium ion in the gallbladder bile showed significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion]Dantong capsule can prevent the formation of pigmental stones, the mechanism of which may be associated with its multiple actions such as protecting hepatic cells as well as gallbladder tissue, maintaining biosynthesis normality of solid component in the gallbladder bile, action of anti-bacteria, and so on.
