颅内动脉瘤的MRI、MRA与DSA对照研究

摘    要:目的 运用MRI、MRA及DSA对颅内动脉瘤进行对比分析研究,并分别探讨它们对治疗的价值。方法 20例颅内动脉瘤患者同时行MRI、MRA和DSA检查,探讨它们各自对颅内动脉瘤的大小、形态、瘤腔内血栓的显示情况。结果 21个动脉瘤中,MRI、DSA、MRA显示瘤腔内血栓分别为8、3、3个,DSA、MRA显示瘤预分别为18、17个。结论 MRI对动脉瘤腔内血栓的显示具有较高的敏感性,DSA、MRA能够清晰显示动脉瘤的大小、形态以及瘤颈与载瘤动脉的关系。

Abstract:Purpose To use three kinds of radiological modalities, MRI, MRA, DSA, to undergo contrast research for intracranial aneurysms and to investigate their value for treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Methods 20 cases with 21 aneurysms undergoing MRI, MRA, DSA examination, to investigate value of MRI, MRA,DSA in disclosing size, shape, intralumen thrombus of intracranial aneurysms. Results Among 21 aneurysms, MRI, MRA, DSA reveal intraluminal thrombus in 8, 3, 3 respectively, and DSA, MRA reveal neck in 18, 17 respectively. Conclusion MRI have high sensitivity to disclose intraluminal thrombus, and MRA, DSA can show size and shape of aneurysms as well as the relationship of the aneurysm neck to the parent artery clearly.
