| 摘 要： | 目的:对比温针灸配合推拿与普通针刺配合推拿治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组(温针灸配合推拿治疗)、对照组(普通针刺配合推拿治疗),两组均隔日治疗1次,12次为1个疗程,经2个疗程治疗后比较疗效结果。结果:治疗组临床基本痊愈率为40%,对照组临床基本痊愈率为21.7%两组疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P(0.01)。结论:温针灸配合推拿是治疗膝关节骨关节炎的有效疗法。
