摘    要:目的建立枣仁安神颗粒HPLC指纹图谱,研究酸枣仁、丹参、五味子药材与复方指纹图谱的相关性。方法应用HPLC-DAD检测方法 ,建立枣仁安神颗粒的指纹图谱,以色谱峰保留时间相对偏差Δt和紫外光谱相似性为考察指标,对复方指纹图谱色谱峰归属进行分析。结果共得到23个色谱峰,确定了特征峰的药材归属,指认了其中9个化学成分。结论所建立的指纹图谱特征性强,明确了复方色谱指纹图谱的峰位归属,为进一步的谱效研究奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Zaorenanshen granules (traditional Chinese medicine) and correlativity analysis between fingerprint peaks of compound recipe and its relevant herbs. Method The chromatographic fingerprints of compound recipe and the relevant herbs were configured by HPLC-DAD analysis. The relative deviation △t of retention time and the similarity of UV spectra of peaks were used as indices to evaluate the correlativity. Result Twenty-three common peaks were separated from compound recipe, of which 9 peaks were identified. Conclusion The method is stable and reliable and can make the initial judgment for the correlativity between compound recipe and its relevant herbs. This will provide a reference for the relationship between fingerprint peaks and pharmacodynamics.
