医学院校大学生人格特征影响因素的研究

目的探讨医学院校大学生人格特征的影响因素。方法采用艾森克人格问卷简式中国版对346名医学院校大学生进行问卷调查。结果①不同性别、家庭经济情况、父亲文化程度及其是否独生子女、党员、学生干部与其人格特征部分维度存在显著差异；年龄、专业、年级、籍贯、母亲文化程度与其均无显著差异；②性别和专业对精神质因子有显著的预测作用；是否党员或学生干部对外向性因子有显著的预测作用；家庭经济状况对神经质因子有显著的预测作用；年级和是否党员对掩饰性因子有预测作用；③女生的精神质和神经质以及男生的外向性和掩饰性均、与全国常模存在显著差异。结论医学院校大学生人格特征与多种因素有关，应对其进行有针对性的健康教育，培养其健康的心理品质。

A Study on the Influential Factors of the Personality Traits of Medical University Students

Objective To explore the factors influencing the personality traits of medical university students. Methods 346 students of medical university were measured by the EPQ-RSC. Results ①There were significant differences in the personality traits of medical university students with different gender ,the family economic situation, education level of father ,and whether only child, member of the Communist Party ,student leaders ;There was no significant difference in age,profession,grade,district and education level of mother. ②Gender and profession played a significant role in the P,as well as member of the Communist Party or student leaders in the N,the family economic situation in the E,grade and member of the Communist Party in the L. ③There were significant differences compared with the Chinese norm in the P and E of the girls,and N and L of the boys. Conclusion The personality traits of medical university students are related with multiple factors,and we should focus on the health education and culturing the mental qualities of them.
