| 摘 要： | 本文对小鼠腹水型肝癌淋巴道高转移细胞系（Ｈｃａ－Ｆ２５／Ｌ－１６Ａ３）和低转移细胞系（Ｈｃａ－Ｆ２５／Ｌ－Ａ２）的超微结构进行了比较观察，并应用体视学方法进行了定量分析。结果表明Ｈｃａ－Ｆ２５／Ｌ－１６Ａ３细胞剖面平均直径、核质比较均Ｈｃａ－Ｆ２５／Ｌ－Ａ２大。Ｈｃａ－Ｆ２５／Ｌ－１６Ａ３细胞的分裂相、核畸形、核仁边集较多见，胞质中粗面内质网、游离核糖体较丰富，细胞表面微绒毛较多。表明不同转移能力的Ｈｃａ瘤细胞在形态上也有差异。

| Abstract: | By means of stereological methods, the ultrastructure of two morse ascites hepatoma cell clones with different metastatic ability, Hca-F_(25)/L-16A_3(16A_3) and Hca-F_(25)/L-A_2 (A_2) have been analysed. The mean of diameter of cyto-sections in 16A_3 is larger than A_2 and the ratio ofnucleus to cytoplasm is great in 16A_3. Cell division, deformity of nucleus and nucleolus closing to the nuclear membrane are common in 16A_3. RER and dissociate ribosome in cytoplasm and microvilli of 16A_3cells are more than A_2. The morphology. different in the two cell clones with different metastatic ability can be seen. |
