急性白血病患者化疗期和骨髓移植期的营养状况评估

摘    要:对15例急性白血病患者在大剂量化疗期和骨髓移植的营养状况进行了评估,结果说明实际摄入量较每天理论生理需要量低,此期间主要是热量摄取不足,从而导致体重下降。“平时体重百分率”能够较准确的评估近期营养状况,且具有实用价值。根据这一指标,患者在大剂量化疗期和骨髓移植期66.6%的患者存在着轻度热能营养障碍。

Abstract:The nutritional status of 15 patients with acute leukemia was evaluated during high-dose chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation.The results showed that loss of body weight of the patients was mainly due to insufficient calory intake,Taking ordinary percentage of body weight as a reference value,66.6% of the patients had mild nutritional disorder.The nutritional disorder will develop when the calory intakeis less than the theoretically determined physiological requirement.
