学龄前儿童血锌对蛋白质营养状况的影响

摘    要:检测197例学龄前儿童血锌、前白蛋白(PAB)及血浆中19种游离氨基酸水平。结果表明,该组儿童锌缺乏占41.6%。缺锌组儿童 PAB 明显下降,血浆中必需氨基酸、支链氨基酸、必需/总氨基酸、支链/非支链氨基酸均显著低于正常组儿童,表明缺锌组儿童常同时伴有蛋白质营养不良状况。

Abstract:The levels of serum zinc,prealbumin(PAB)and 19 free amino acids were deter- mined in 197 preschool children.Zinc deficiency was found in 41.6% of the children. In zinc deficiency group.levels of PAB declined remarkebly,levels of plasma essential amino acids,branched-chain amino acids,the ratio of essential amino acids to total amino acids and branched-chain amino acids to non-brancd-chain amino acids were much lower than those of normal children.Our results show that childrensuffering from zinc deficiency also have protein malnutrition.
