| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the regularity of CD4＋CD25＋ regulatory T cell of chronic benzene poisoning.Method：20 patients with chronic benzene poisoning from Jan.2008 to Sep.2010 were selected and detected plasma position expression and cell population of CD4＋CD25＋ regulatory T cell.Result：Plasma position expression and cell population of CD4＋CD25＋ regulatory T cell were significantly higher than those in normal group,P〈0.05;while plasma position expression and cell population of CD4＋CD25-regulatory T cell were significantly lower than normal group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：CD4＋CD25＋ regulatory T cell showed an important role in immunoregulation of chronic benzene poisoning,and low immune function of chronic benzene poisoning might relate with increasing CD4＋CD25＋ regulatory T cell. |
