Study on Regularity of CD4+CD25+ Regulatory T Cell of Chronic Benzene Poisoning

Abstract:Objective:To explore the regularity of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cell of chronic benzene poisoning.Method:20 patients with chronic benzene poisoning from Jan.2008 to Sep.2010 were selected and detected plasma position expression and cell population of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cell.Result:Plasma position expression and cell population of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cell were significantly higher than those in normal group,P〈0.05;while plasma position expression and cell population of CD4+CD25-regulatory T cell were significantly lower than normal group,P〈0.05.Conclusion:CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cell showed an important role in immunoregulation of chronic benzene poisoning,and low immune function of chronic benzene poisoning might relate with increasing CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cell.
