分级护理在急性酒精中毒患者中的应用效果观察

目的：探讨分级护理在急性酒精中毒患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2008年6月至2010年6月我院收治的急性酒精中毒患者166例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各83例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施分级护理。结果：观察组抢救有效率为90.4%（75/83）,明显高于对照组的78.3%（65/83）（P〈0.05）;观察组安全问题发生率7.2%、并发症发生率6.0%均明显少于对照组（28.9%,18.1%）;观察组满意度为94.0%（78/83）,明显高于对照组的79.5%（66/83）。结论：分级护理针对性强,能有效消除急性酒精中毒患者的安全隐患,减少并发症发生率,提高护理服务满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Observing the Application Effects of Grading Nursing in Acute Alcoholism Patients

Objective：To investigate the effects of grading nursing in patients with acute alcoholism.Method：166 patients with acute alcoholism treated in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2010,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,83 cases in each group.The control group received usual care,the observation group received grading nursing on the basis.Result：Effective rescue rate in the observation group was 90.4%（75/83）,which was significantly higher than that in in control group 78.3%（65/83）（P〈0.05）;the incidence of security problems（7.2%） and complication rate（6.0%） in observation group were significantly less than those in control group（28.9%,18.1%）（all P〈0.05）;degree of satisfaction in the observation group was 94.0%（78/83）,which was significantly higher than that in in control group 79.5%（66/83）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Classification nursing is targeted,can effectively eliminate the security risks in patients with acute alcoholism,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the care and service satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
