| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨循证护理在颞颌关节强直功能锻炼中的应用效果.方法:将48例颞颌关节强直患者随机分为对照组和观察组各24例,两组均行功能锻炼,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理,对两组锻炼效果、治疗依从性、锻炼知识知晓情况、QOL生存质量评分及患者满意度进行统计比较.结果:观察组锻炼效果、治疗依从性、锻炼知识掌握情况、QOL评分及患者满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:循证护理应用于颞颌关节强直功能锻炼效果确切,值得临床推广应用.
