ERCP对胆总管疾病的诊疗价值

目的：探讨经内镜逆行胆胰管造影（ERCP）对胆总管疾病的诊疗价值。方法：回顾性分析108例胆总管疾病行胆胰管造影的影像学资料。全部病例行超声波、MRCP检查,52例行多层螺旋CT检查。结果：ERCP术能较好的显示胆总管及其病变,且能对胆总管结石、慢性炎症狭窄等疾病进行微创治疗。结论：ERCP对胆总管病变的检查优于CT、MRCP,特别对十二指肠壁壶腹区的占位病变具有明显的优越性和诊疗价值。

Diagnosis and Treatment Experience of ERCP in Common Bile Duct Disease

Objective：To investigate the value of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP） for diagnosis and treatment of common bile duct disease.Method：We retrospectively analyzed the imaging data of 108 patients with common bile duct disease who were presented ERCP.All cases underwent ultrasound and MRCP examination,of which 52 cases were examined by multislice spiral CT.Result：ERCP technique can show the lesion of common bile duct and can minimally invasive therapy with duct stones on the common bile and narrow of chronic.Conclusion：ERCP examination of the lesions of common bile duct is better than CT or MRCP,especially it has obvious advantages and treatment values for the lesions of duodenal ampulla area.
