摘    要:目的:探讨行为导向教学法在骨科临床带教中的应用效果.方法:将61名护生按实习进科次序分为干预组30名和对照组31名,对照组实施临床常规带教法,干预组实施行为导向教学法,观察、比较两组护生干预前后一般自我效能感、自主学习能力、临床实践行为.结果:干预后干预组护生一般自我效能感、自主学习能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后干预组应用相关学科知识、证实自己专业能力、自我职业角色认知、明确学习需求、应用护理程序方面得分优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:行为导向教学法能有效提高护生的一般自我效能感、自主学习能力,并对护生的实践过程行为有积极作用.
