肺部炎性假瘤的临床诊治(附178例报告)

总结分析我院胸科１９８６年１月－１９９８年１２月收治１７８例肺部炎性假瘤临床诊治情况。方法：本组１７８例中，保守治疗９例，手术切除１６９例。结果：肺部炎性假瘤的诊断极为困难常误诊为肺癌，其症状与肺癌相似，表现最多的是胸痛和血痰，Ｘ线为肿块，最终诊断依据病理检查。临床诊断为炎性假瘤者，少数保守治疗可以治愈。抗炎治疗短期无效者，应采取积极手术切除术后脑血管侧支尤其是肿瘤〉３ｃｍ者，手术原则是最大限度保

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Pseudoneoplasm(A Report of 178 Cases)

Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory pseudoneoplasm. Methods: From Jan 1986 to Dec 1998, One hundred and seventy-eight cases of inflammatory peudoneoplasm were treated in this hospital. One hundred sixty-nine patients underwent operation and nine of them were treated conservatively. Results: The results showed that the diagnosis of inflammatory peudoneoplasm of lung was quite difficult, and it was always misdiagnosed as lung cancer. Most of them manifested chest pain, bloody sputum and a mass on the X-ray film. The final diagnosis depended upon pathological examination. Anti-inflammatory therapy was not effective and operative treatment should be used especially for the mass was larger than 3cm in diameter. There was only few cases could be treated by conservative treatment. Conclusion: The principle of operation is trying best to reverse the normal lung tissues.but postoperative follow-up should be done because malignant changes may occur. The prognosis of this diease is good.
