洁净手术部的环境管理与对策

目的 加强洁净手术部的环境管理，降低术后感染发生率。方法 采用控制人流、物流，强化卫生清洁，规范净化程序的功能管理方法。结果 无菌手术切口感染率下降50％；空气中尘埃粒子数、沉降菌及物品表面细菌菌落数均达到国家标准。结论 本方法对于提高手术室洁净度确实、有效。

Environmental Management and Countermeasures of the Clean Operating Area

s:Objective To enhance the environmental management of the clean operating area(COA) so as to reduce the incidence of postoperative infections.Methods The countermeasures of controlling the flow of staff and articles, enhancing regular hygienic cleaning and standardizing the management of cleaning programs were taken in COA.Results Infectious incidence of sterile operative incision decreased by 50%.The counts of dust particles and the CFU of sedimentary bacteria in the air of COA and the CFU of surface bacteria on the articles of COA reached the National Standard.Conclusion Our countermeasures could effectively increase the clarity of the operating room and decrease the incidence of postoperative infection.
