临床型硕士研究生的培养思路和实践

摘    要:目的:加强临床型硕士研究生的培养,满足日益发展的临床医疗工作需要。方法:通过理论与实践结合,科研与临床结合,从思想品德、学位课程、外语水平、临床培训、科学研究、教学能力和学位论等方面进行严格的考核。结果:经过近3年的培养实践,被培养能独立地承担大部分临床工作和教学任务。结论:通过对临床型硕士研究生临床能力的培养,使他们具备了高度的责任心,扎实的医学理论基础,熟练的临床技能和良好的人际关系。

Abstract:Objective To strengthen fostering postgraduate students of clinical master degree, to meet the needs of daily developing clinical medical work. Methods Through both the combination of theories and practice and the combination of research and clinic, strict check or assessment are carried out in the aspects of their moral characters, degree courses, foreign language level, clinical training, scientific research, teaching ability and dissertation. Results For nearly 3 years of training practice, trainees should be able to undertake most parts of the clinical works and teaching task independently. Conclusion By training clinical ability in clinical master degree postgraduate students, they possess high responsibility, strong theoretical basis of medicine, skilled clinical technical abilities and good human relationships.
