岩藻聚糖硫酸酯对血小板黏附功能的影响

摘    要:目的研究褐藻中岩藻聚糖硫酸酯对血小板黏附功能的影响。方法将20只新西兰白兔随机分为2组:岩藻聚糖硫酸酯组和空白对照组,分别进行血小板黏附试验(PAdT)和血小板-内皮细胞黏附率的测定。结果岩藻聚糖硫酸酯组和空白对照组血小板黏附试验的黏附率分别为16.7±6.3%、32.6±9.5%,差别有显著意义(P〈0.05);血小板-内皮细胞黏附率分别为8.99±0.71%、14.85±0.82%,差别有显著意义(P〈0.05)。结论岩藻聚糖硫酸酯抑制血小板的黏附功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Fucoidan from Brown Seaweeds on the function of the platelet adhesion. Methods Twenty New Zealand rabbits were divided randomly into two groups: Fucoidan group and control group. PAdT and the adherence ratio of platelet and endothelial cells of two groups were separately examined. Results The PAdT in Fucoidan group and control group were 16.7±6.3%,32.6±9.5% separately(P〈0.05). There was statistically significance between two groups. The adherence ratio of platelet and endothelial cells in Fucoidan group and control group were 8.99±0.71%, 14.85±0.82% separately(P〈0.05). There was statistically significance between two groups. Conclusion The Fueoidan from Brown Seaweeds inhibits the adhesion of platelet.
