韶关市入幼儿园前儿童乙型肝炎感染状况及免疫效果分析

目的 了解韶关市入幼儿园前儿童乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)感染情况及乙肝免疫效果分析.方法于2005-2008年对来自韶关市所有入幼儿园体检的儿童采集静脉血,采用ELISA法检测乙肝HBSAg和HBSAb两项指标,统计四年期间入幼儿园前儿童HBSAg、HBSAb阳性率.结果 韶关市入幼儿园前儿童2005-2008年HBSAg阳性率分别为0.53%、0.47%、0.43%、0.55%;HBSAb阳性率分别为48.0%、52.3%、55.5%、56.2%.2005-2008年四年期间HBSAg阳性率差异无显著性,HBSAb阳性率逐年升高,但差异无显著性.结论 韶关市人幼儿园前儿童乙肝感染率控制在较低水平,免疫效果有所增加但仍不理想,需加强乙肝疫苗的接种及复种工作,及时保护易感儿童.

The condition of pre-kindergarten children with HBV infection and analysis of immune effectiveness

Objective To get the message of pre-kindergarten children with hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and analyze immune effect on hepatitis B.Methods the blood examples of all the pre-kindergarten children in Shaoguan city from 2005 to 2008 were collected for medical examinations,and HBsAg and HBsAb of hepatitis B were detected by ELISA assay.The positive rate of HBSAg and HBSAb of the four-year were statistical analyzed.Results The HBsAg positive rates of the four years were 0.53%,0.47%,0.43% and 0.55%,respectively,and the HBSAb positive rates were 48.0%,52.3%,55.5% and 56.2%,respectively.There were no significant differences in HBsAg and HBsAb among four years.Conclusion The hepatitis Binfection in children of Shaoguan was controlled at a relatively low level.The immune effect was improved but still not ideal.The hepatitis B vaccination and revaccination job should be enhanced,and the vulnerable children should be timely protected.
