加强教学改革,培养创新型人才

医学以人和人群为对象,疾病谱的不断改变、诊疗技术手段及促进健康的干预措施的不断涌现,使得终身学习的理念与医学创新型人才的培养变得尤为迫切。为此,高等医学教育必须更新办学理念,改变培养模式和培养目标,推进教学改革,尤其要注意推进课程体系、教学方法和教学管理体制的改革,强化创新教育,为培养创新型人才创造条件。

Strengthening Teaching Reformation and Cultivating the Talents of Creativity

Medicine is intended for human beings and the crowd.The constant variation of the record of diseases and the continuous emergence of the technical means of diagnosis and intervening measures to promote health make it urgent to have the idea of life-long study and cultivating the creative talents of medicine.Therefore the medical higher learning must renew the idea of running schools,change the model and goals of cultivation,push the teaching reform forward including paying attention to pushing the curriculum system,teaching methods and the reform of teaching management system,emphasize creative education to create the condition for cultivation of the creative talents.
