| 摘 要： | 目的：应用Ｈａｎｓｏｎ针内固定手术治疗股骨颈骨折３２例。方法：股骨颈骨折后以Ｈａｎｓｏｎ针作双针内固定，两根针和两个方向不同的钩构成了三维立体固定，使骨折有持续的对合和生理性加压，１周内可完全负重活动。结果：随访２年以上患者２１例，均骨性愈合，未发现术后股骨头缺血性环死病例。结论：Ｈａｎｓｏｎ针固定牢靠，术后患者可早期下床，令骨折在功能活动中愈合，减少了长期卧床所带来的并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective: Thirty two cases of femoral neck fracture were treated with Hansson pin internal fixation. Methods: The femoral neck fractures were fixed with two Hansson pins after closed reduction, each of which contacted strong contical bone in three dimentions. Full weight bearing should be allowed within 1 week after fixation and it could keep a constant physiologic pressure on the fracture site. Result: Twenty one cases had been followed over 1 year. All fracture healed up and no ischemia necrosis of femoral head was found. Conclusions: The security and stability of Hansson pin fixation allow patients to be early mobilised so as to accelerate the healing of fracture and minimize the complications brought by long term clinostatism. |
