| 摘 要： | 目的 寻求一种用于急重症高血压的安全、有效的降压药物。方法 入选急、重症高血压患者 83例,随机分成舌下含服卡托普利组和硝苯吡啶组,观察血压、心率、心电图、临床症状及不良反应等。结果 2组血压下降程度无显著性差异,而两组间心率变化有显著性差异(P <0.005)硝苯吡啶诱发心绞痛 4例。结论 舌下含服卡托普利治疗高血压重 ,症是安全、有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To find a kind of medicine which can drop the blood pressure effectively, conveniently and have fewer side effects. Methods Patients with serious hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups. One group with Captopril, the other group with Nifedipini. Both were under the tongue. Blood pressure, pulse, electrocardiogram, syndrome and side effects were observed respectively. Results There was no remarkable difference between two groups on dropping blood pressure. There was significant difference between two groups in heart rate. There were 4 patients who had angina pectoris. Conclusion Captopril under the tongue is an effect and safe treatment on acute and serious hypertension. [ |
