| 摘 要： | 目的了解2005年至2008年本院临床分离菌9005株对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法用纸片Kirby-Bauer法,对本院4年分离的9005株临床分离株进行药物敏感性试验,Whonet 5.4统计软件对数据进行分析。结果革兰阴性杆菌数量多于革兰阳性球菌。4年间,肺炎链球菌19株为青霉素不敏感株,β溶血链球菌未见青霉素耐药菌株,流感嗜血杆菌β内酰胺酶产酶率从2005年的13%下降至2008年的4.5%;未发现对万古霉素、利奈唑胺不敏感的葡萄球菌;屎肠球菌的耐药性高于粪肠球菌,万古霉素耐药的肠球菌(VRE)分离率有上升趋势;于2005至2008年,大肠埃希菌的产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)分离率分别占43.0%,21.3%,52.0%及52.6%,肺炎克雷伯菌的ESBLs分离率分别占15.0%,25.9%,18.3%及25.0%;铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属已出现多重耐药株。结论定期进行耐药监测有助于了解细菌耐药性变迁。
