冠脉造影评价庆余救心丸扩张冠脉作用

目的:定量评价庆余救心丸对冠状动脉的扩张作用。方法:对8 例在冠状动脉造影时发现冠脉功能性狭窄(冠脉痉挛)和器质性狭窄合并痉挛的患者,用庆余救心丸0.35g 舌下含服,5m in后重复冠脉造影观察扩张冠脉效果。结果:8 例中5 例为功能性狭窄,含服庆余救心丸后5m in 狭窄消失。另3 例器质性狭窄合并痉挛者,含服后有1 例冠脉血流从TIMI1 级恢复到TIMI3 级血流。另2 例狭窄程度分别减轻20% 和50% 。总有效率为100% 。结论:庆余救心丸有显著的扩张冠脉作用,本研究结果证实了该药用于治疗冠心病心绞痛是确切有效的

Evaluation on the Dilation Effects of Qingyujiuxin Pills on the Coranary Artery by Coronary Angiography

To evaluate quantatively the dilation effects of Qingyujiuxin Pills on the coronary artery.Methods:0.35 g Qingyujiuxin Pills were given under the tongue to the eight patients who underwent coronary arteriography and revealed coronarospasm and coronarospasm With organic stenosis.Five minutes later,coronary arteriography was repeated to examine the dilation effects of the Qingyujiuxin Pills.Results:Out of the eight cases,five of them had functional stenosis (coronarospasm) which disappeared five minutes after the administration of Qingyujiuxin Pills.While in the remaining three cases who had mixed stenosis (functional and organic stenoses),one of them had improved coronary blood flow index from TIMI grade 1 to TIMI grade 3,in another two cases, the degree of stenosis was reduce by 20% and 50% respectively.The total efectiveness rate was 100%.Conclusions:Qingyujiuxin Pills could effectively dilate the coronary artery,which laid a solid theoretic foundations for its treatment of the anging pectoris in coronary heart disease.
