铜陵市疾病预防控制机构人力资源现状调查

目的了解铜陵市疾病预防控制机构人力资源现状,为疾病预防控制机构人力资源建设提供依据。方法采用自填式问卷和查阅相关档案文件等方式对2005年底铜陵市疾病预防控制机构在职人员进行调查。结果铜陵市、县疾病控制中心本科以上学历分别为11.4%和24.0%,高级职称专业人员分别占专业技术人员的13.0%和4.3%,具备现场流行病学调查能力的人员分别占编制人数的11.4%和24.0%,科室设置和业务人员配置不太合理。结论铜陵市疾病控制机构应加强专业人员培训,引进并培养高素质人才,把人力资源建设作为当前的重要工作来抓。

Investigation of Manpower Resource in Tongling Municipal Disease Control and Prevention Agencies in 2005

Objective To provide scientific evidence for manpower construction of the disease control and prevention system in Tongling City.Methods Manpower resource of the disease control and prevention system was surveyed with questionnaire and the related records was reviewed. Results: The proportions of the workers with college education background or above in Tongling municipal and county were 11.4% and 24.0% respectively. The proportions of the workers with senior professional title were 13.0% and 4.3%, respectively. The proportions of the workers with the ability of field epidemiology survey were 11.4% and 24.0%. The distribution of the staff and division was irrational.Conclusion The key of manpower construction is to train the professional personnel, attract high quality personnel, build up the professional team at various levels of disease control and prevention system in Tongling City.
