摘    要:目的 研究重型颅脑损伤后内分泌功能紊乱与预后关系。方法 对27例重型颅脑损伤病人的FT_3、FT_4、TSH水平利用放射免疫方法进行动态观察。结果 治疗后FT_3、FT_4、TSH下降不明显,病情预后好,FT_3、FT_4、TSH变化与GCS评分关系不大。结论 血清FT_3、FT_4、TSH水平,可作为重型颅脑损伤患者临床疗效和预后的判断指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between endocrine dysfunction and prognosis in severe brain injury. Methods. 27 patients with severe brain injury were dynamicly observed with the radioimmunal detection between FT3,FT4,TSH serum levels. Results The unremarkable decrease of FT3,FT4,TSH serum levels after treatment suggests a better prognosis.There was no certain relation between alternation of FT3, FT4,TSH and GCS grading. Conclusion FT3,FT4 and TSH serum levels may be used as a clinical index for appraising the therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of severe brain injury.
