| Abstract: | The functions of hospital culture were analyzed as of guide, impulsion and radiation. And then the implementation of it were elaborate on the practicing of the hospital＇s strategy, building center of human, optimizing the knowledge structure, perfecting details of administration and construction reputation of hospital. At the same time, the approaches of hospital culture how to improve the cohesive force, creative power, executive strength transmissibility and core competitive power of hospital were discussed. |
