| 摘 要： | 目的研究母乳感染轮状病毒与婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的关系。方法采用ELISA法测定健康及确诊RV肠炎婴幼儿母亲母乳RV抗原。结果 RV肠炎婴幼儿母亲乳汁RV抗原阳性者111例,占69.4%。健康婴幼儿母亲乳汁RV抗原阳性者3例,占6.0%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论母亲感染RV会通过乳汁传染给自己的婴幼儿,并使其罹患RV肠炎。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the infection of Breast milk and rotavirus enteritis of their infants.Methods The Breast milk was collected from those of RV-enteritis infants and those of healthy and detected RV antigen by ELISA.Results 111 cases （69.4%） of the Breast milk sample showed RV-specific antibodies in the RV enteritis group, while only 3 cases （6.0%） in the control group. The difference was statistically different（P0.01 ）.Conclusion Rotavirus infections can be passed from Breast milk to infants and make infants infected with rotavirus enteritis. |
