急性脑梗死并发非痉挛发作及非痉挛发作持续状态的临床研究

目的 探讨急性脑梗死并发非痉挛发作（NCS）及NCS持续状态（NCSE）的发生情况及临床规律。方法 对130例急性脑梗死患者于病程第1周内做3～4次脑电图检查，对首次发现有NCS及重症脑梗死患者重点监测，延长描记时间。结果 130例急性脑梗死患者异常脑电图78例（60．0％），并发NCS42例（32．3％），其中17例为NCSE（13．1％）。并发NCS患者梗死部位在脑叶35例，皮层下7例。本组重症脑梗死患者56例，并发NCS27例，其中11例为NCSE。NCS及NCSE均在急性脑梗死病程第1天检出。结论 NCS及NCSE可通过脑电图监测实时反映出来，NCS和NCSE的发生与脑梗死病情轻重及梗死部位有关，重症脑梗死及脑叶梗死患者发生率高，疾病早期并发NCS及NCSE发生率较高，越早行脑电图监测，发现NCS及NCSE几率就越大。

Nonconvulsive seizures and status epilepticus in patients with acute cerebral infarctions

Objective Research on the occurrence and the clinical laws of nonconvulsive seizures(NCS) and nonconvulsive status epilepticus(NCSE).Methods Making three-four times electroencepholography examination to 130 acute cerebral infarction patients in the first week,monitor critically ill patients for the first time and lengthens the examination time.Results There were 78 cases(60.0%) abnormal electroencepholography,including 42(32.3%) patients with NCS and 17(13.1%) with NCSE in 130 patients with acute cerebral infarction.Occurring in corlial,35 patients with NCS.While in subcorlial 7.In this group,critically ill cerebral infarction were 56 patients,containing 27(48.2%) with NCS,11(19.6%)with NCSE.Forty-two patients with NCS or NCSE caused by cerebral infarction can be examined on the first day.It reduces gradually.Conclusions NCS and NCSE can be reflected in time by electroencepholography monitor.The occurrence of NCS and NCSE is related to serious and the position.The higher critically ill cerebral infarction and lobar cerebral infarction occur,the earlier monitor electroencepholography,so there are more chances to find NCS and NCSE.
