四角圈簧根帽附着体在单侧后牙游离缺失修复中的应用

目的：探讨四角圈簧根帽附着体在后牙游离缺失单侧修复中的应用。方法：对10例牙列游离缺失患者进行四角圈簧根帽附着体单端义齿修复，每件义齿设计两个根帽或一个根帽，一对He支托，观察附着体义齿的固位稳定性及咀嚼能力等。结果：四角圈簧根帽附着体义齿固位稳定性好，能进行有效咀嚼，美观、舒适。结论：四角圈簧根帽附着体是一种理想的修复单侧游离缺失的固位体。

Application of four angles coil cable root cap attachment in single side distal extension removable partial dentures

Objective:To explore the utilization of four angles coil cable root cap attachment in single side distal extension removable partial dentures. Method: Ten distal extension were retained with two root caps or one root cap and a distal and medical rest. The retension,Stabilizarion and function of each denture were observed.Result:The removable partial dentures retained with four angles coil cable root cap attachment had good retention,Stabilization and function,and the patients'esthetic desires were greatly satisfied.Conclusion:Four angles coil cable root cap attachment is a promising retainer in single side distal extension removable partial dentures.
