针灸配合吞咽训练治疗中风后吞咽障碍42例

目的]观察针刺治疗中风后吞咽困难的临床疗效。方法]针灸取翳风(双侧),风池(双侧),廉泉针刺并配合吞咽功能训练。结果]临床治愈18例,占42.8%;显效16例,占38.1%;有效6例,占14.3%;无效2例,占4.8%,总有效率为95.2%。结论]针刺配合功能训练是提高西医治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的一个理想有效途径,可提高脑卒中患者的生存质量。
