| 摘 要： | 随着现代眼科学的发展,角膜保存技术取得了重大进步,使角膜保存质量提高,保存时间明显延长。本文复习了目前常用的各种角膜保存方法,同时对角膜保存的热点问题:角膜保存的免疫原性,细胞凋亡,角膜内皮、上皮细胞的保护,需氧量,污染控制等方面作了综述,最后,我们对未来的发展趋势进行展望。

| Abstract: | With the development of modern ophthalmology, the corneal preservation technology has obtained conside-rable improvement: the quality has been obviously improved and the time of storage prolonged a lot. We reviewed the recent status of the corneal preserving media as well as the currently hot subjects of research, including immunogenicity, apoptosis, protection of corneal endothelium and epithelium, oxygen requirement and pollution control in corneal storage. At last, we made some expectation on the future research. |
