| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生殖道感染与胎膜早破之间的关系。方法将122例胎膜早破患者作为观察组,同期住院的150例无胎膜早破患者作为对照组,均行宫颈分泌物及阴道分泌物的病原学检测,两组进行比较。结果观察组的生殖道感染率均高于对照组,其中衣原体(CT)、滴虫、细菌性阴道病(BV)感染率两组有统计学差异。结论生殖道感染可导致胎膜早破,应重视生殖道感染的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relation between reproductive tract infection(RTI)and premature rupture of membranes(PROM).Methods The cervical and vaginal secretion samples of parturient women with(study group,122 cases)and without PROM(control group,150 cases)were tested for pathogenic organisms.The infection rates of pathogenic organisms in two groups were compared.Results The RTI rates in study group were higher than those in control group,and the infection rates of Chlamydia Trachomatis,Trichomonad and Bacterial Vaginosis in two groups were significantly different.Conclusions RTI can cause PROM,and we should pay attention to the treatment of RTI. |
