人工肝系统联合中医辨证治疗重型肝炎30例疗效分析

目的:通过MELD评分系统,判定人工肝系统联合中医辨证治疗重型肝炎患者的疗效。方法:30例重型肝炎患者临床资料按预后(存活或死亡)进行分组,进行MELD评分,分析人工肝系统联合中医辨证治疗前后MELD分值的变化并比较其预后差异。结果:30例患者经治疗后症状均有不同程度改善;血浆白蛋白回升,凝血酶原时间缩短,血清胆红素明显下降;临床显效10例,好转12例,无效8例,总有效率为73.3%。结论:①MELD分值越高,病死率越高。②人工肝系统联合中医辨证治疗重型肝炎患者的疗效肯定。

Analyzing Curative Effect of Artificial Liver System Combined with Syndrome Differentiation on Severe Hepatitis,A Report of 30 Cases

Objective:To judge the curative effect of artificial liver system combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on severe hepatitis.Method:30 cases suffered from severe hepatitis were divided into groups as prognosis(survival or death)and scored according to MELD.Then to analyze MELD scores change pre and post treatment by artificial liver system combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and evaluate the difference of prognosis.Result:After treating,the symptoms of 30 cases were improved in different extent.Serum albumin was rally,prothrombin time was shortened,and serum bilirubin was decreased.10 cases were excellent,12 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 73.3%.Conclusion:The higher MELD score is,the more mortality is.The curative effect of artificial liver system combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment is effective and reliable on severe hepatitis.
