喉癌生存素表达临床特征分析

目的:探讨生存素(survivin)表达与喉癌发生、发展及浸润转移的关系。方法:喉癌组为65例肿瘤组织,均经病理确诊为喉鳞状细胞癌。采用免疫组织化学SABC染色法检测survivin蛋白表达情况,并进行统计分析。结果:喉癌组survivin蛋白定位于癌细胞胞浆,阳性率(51/65,78.5%)显著高于癌旁组(2/22,9.1%),淋巴转移组显著高于无转移组,不同临床分期阳性率显著不同。结论:喉癌组织中survivin表达水平较高,survivin表达与喉癌发生、发展及浸润转移有关,对喉癌的早期诊断、预后判断有意义。

Clinical expression of survivin in larynx cancer

Objective:To explore the expression regulation of survivin in cancer of larynx.Methods:65 specimens of patients of larynx squamous cell carcinoma were included in this experiment.The expression of survivin was detected with the technology of immunohistochemistry staining.Results:In the larynx cancer group,the survivin protein was expressed in the cell cytoplasm.The positive rate of survivin protein(51/65,78.5%) was markedly higher than that in the control group(2/22,9.1%).The expressing rate of survivin protein in the lymphatic metastasis group was higher than that in the no lymphatic metastasis group.In the different clinical stages,the expressing rates of survivin protein were different.In the poorly differentiated cancer group,the expressing rate of survivin was markedly higher than that in the well-differentiated and moderately differentiated group.Conclusion:The high expression of survivin has relationship with the progress and infiltration of larynx cancer.The detection of survivin has significance in the early diagnosis and prognosis of larynx cancer.
