摘    要:<正> 学生正处于长身体和紧张的学习任务阶段,需要供给合理的营养来增强健康,提高学习效果。在规定膳费的情况下,通过计划膳食,以达到大学生的合理食谱,为学生德、智、体全面发展提供有利条件已成为教育界重视的问题。因此,我们于1980年5月26日起连续五天对某学院大学生膳食进行了调查,以提供组织计划大学生膳食参考。


DIETARY SURVEY OF STUDENTS IN A COLLEGE
Abstract:An investigation of the student diet was made day by day for a period of five days in a college by using the weighing raethod. In comparison with the intake and allowance of the energy and nutrients for every student per day, the results showed that the energy, protein, vitamin A, riboflavin,nicotinic acid and calcium were 84.65%, 74.09%, 40.40%, 48.15%, 91.15%, and 71.66% of the dietary allowance respectively. All of these results indicate that such intake of the food's nutrients were below the national health standard. The distribution of the amount of the staple food(such as rice, wheat…etc)and subsidiary food (such as meats, oil, egg, vegetables…etc) in the three meals are also unreasonable. From the above investigation, it is suggested that the diet may be properly planned for the energy and nutrients to meet the needs of the student per day by selecting the cheaper foods, rich in nutrients and improving the cooking method.
