半身式窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨半身式窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法:将100例寻常型银屑病患者分为A、B两组:A组:采用半身式窄谱中波紫外线照射,起始量为0.4J/cm2,每周3次,每次递加0.1J/cm2,共12次;B组:采用卤米松乳膏、卡泊三醇软膏外涂,每天各1次,共用4周。两组中瘙痒剧烈者均口服盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊10mg,2次/日。结果:A组有效率达58%,B组有效率达30%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:半身式窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病疗效较好,不良反应少,采用起始量为0.4J/cm2,每次递加0.1J/cm2,每周3次的照射起始量,递加剂量安全、有效。

Abstract:Objective To explore the bust type narrow - band Ultraviolet B treatment with psoriasis vulgaris curative effect. Methods 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris patients were divided into A,B two groups, A group of the half type narrow-band ultraviolet B irradiation, initial amount to 0.4 J/cm2, every week 3 times,each time increase by degrees 0.1J/cm2, A total of 12 times; Group B using halometasone cream calcipoiriol ointment external coating, every day every 1 second, common 4 weeks.In both groups were severe itching oral hydrochloric acid in aspirin westin capsule 10 mg, day secondary. Results A set of effective rate reach 58%, group B effective rate was up to 30%,A set of effective and efficient compared group B (P〈0.05). Conclusion Half type narrow-band ultraviolet B treatment with psoriasis vulgaris curative effect is better,less adverse reaction, the initial amount to 0.4 J/cm2, every time increase by degrees 0.1 J/cm2,three times a week the illuminate of initial quantity, increase by degrees dose safe and effective.
