支气管肺泡灌洗液腺苷脱氨酶对肺结核诊断的临床价值探讨

目的：探讨支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）中腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）浓度对肺结核诊断的临床价值。方法74例疑似肺结核患者,在行纤维支气管镜检查时留取BALF,采用酶法测定BALF其中的ADA浓度。74例患者根据最终确诊结果分为两组：结核组33例,非结核组41例。结果结核组BALF中ADA平均浓度为（20±3）U/L,非结核组为（4±2）U/L,前者明显高于后者,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论检测BALF中ADA浓度对肺结核具有很高的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。

Clinical value of adenosine deaminase in brochoalveolar lavage fluid for diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the value of adenosine deaminase（ADA） in brochoalveolar lavage fluid（BALF） for diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Fibrebronchoscopies and brochoalveolar lavage were made on 74 suspected caces of pulmonary diseases, the concentrations of ADA in BALF. According to the fina-l confirmed diagnosis, 74 patients were classified into 2 groups：tuberculosis group, 33 cases;non-tuberculosis group, 41 cases. Results Tuberculosis group had the mean concentration of ADA in BALF （20±3） U/L, nontuberculosis group （4±2）U/L. The former was much higher than the later（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The concentration of ADA in BALF has a high value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
