四手操作在口腔修复牙体预备中临床应用

目的 探讨四手操作（FT）在口腔修复牙体预备中临床应用效果.方法 选取2012年4月至2013年4月就诊的167例病患,总计196颗患牙.分成两组进行操作,观察组为84例,100颗患牙;对照组为83例,96颗患牙.观察组采用FT,对照组采用独立操作.对比两组的操作时间、模型牙情况以及患者满意度.结果 观察组操作时间为26.37±2.13 min显著低于对照组的39.28±5.37 min.观察组模型牙标准率为97.00%,显著高于对照组的84.38%.观察组病患满意率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的81.25%.差异均具统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 FT提高了口腔修复牙体预备的效率,缩短了操作时间,提高了成牙质量,提升了病患满意度.

Study on the application of fourhanded technique in mouth rehabilitation for tooth preparation

Objective To explore the effect of fourhanded technique （FT） in oral repair of tooth preparation. Methods A total of 167 cases （196 teeth） in this hospital during April 2012 to April 2013 were divided into two groups： 84 cases （100 teeth） in observation group; and 83 cases （96 teeth） in control group. Patients in observation group were applied with FT, and patients in control group were applied with inde- pendent operation. The operating time, tooth model and satisfaction of patients were compared between these 2 groups. Results The operating time was 26.37 ±2.13 min in observation group, and it was significantly lower than that of 39.28 ±5.37 rain in control group. The standard rate of tooth model in observation group was 94.00% （94/100）, and it was significantly higher than that of 81.25 % （78/96） in control group. Their difference was significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion By using FT in the tooth preparation of mouth rehabilitation, and it can raise the efficiency and shorten the operating time, thus it may raise the quality of tooth and the satisfaction of patients. It is worthy to be recommended for clinical ap- plication.
