摘    要:目的:分析3种前牙接触夹板对髁状突表面应力的影响,为指导临床实践提供理论基础。方法:利用下颌骨三维有限元模型,模拟3种前牙接触夹板的作用,观察髁状突表面11个区域应力变化情况。结果:髁状突前斜面及嵴顶区均为拉压应力并存,后斜面为只有压应力没有拉应力,最大拉应力位于嵴顶区中部。结论:在不同夹板的作用下,髁状突表面应力分布趋势基本相同,仅力值大小不同。其中引导下颌向后移位的前牙斜面夹板产生的应力最大,在临床应用时应特别谨慎,防止造成颞下颌关节损伤;而引导下颌前移位的前牙斜面夹板产生的应力值最小。

Abstract:Objective: To analyse the mechanical conditions of condyle surface of TMJ under three kinds of occlusalsplints. Methods: On the basis of three dimetsinal finite element of mandible model, condyle surfaces stress changes wereobserved under three kinds of occlusal splints. Results: Stress distribution tendencies on condyle surface were basicallyequal, but the amounts of stresses were different. Conclusions: Condyle surface stress produced by three kinds splint wasdifferent. These results obtained from this study had paramount directory signicance in clinical practice.
