重庆市503例孤残儿童微量元素检测结果分析

目的 了解重庆市孤残儿童微量元素水平,为膳食营养和疾病预防提供依据.方法 使用微量元素分析仪对503例0～16岁孤残儿童进行末梢血铅(Pb)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)含量检测.结果 微量元素缺乏以Fe、Ca和Mg为主,缺乏率分别为70.8%、49.5%和19.7%;Ca和Mg缺乏率与年龄呈正相关.仅检出1例血Pb超标者.不同性别儿童间、非残疾孤儿和残疾孤儿之间Zn、Fe和Ca缺乏率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 重庆市孤残儿童Fe、Ca和Mg缺乏情况较为显著,需给予更多的关注与支持.

Trace element levels in orphans and disabled children of Chongqing

Objective To explore the trace element levels in orphans and disabled children in Chongqing.Methods Trace element analyzer was used to detect peripheral blood levels of lead(Pb),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),iron(Fe),calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg) in 503 cases of orphans and disabled children aged from 0 to 16.Results The deficiencies of Fe,Ca and Mg were relatively severe,deficiency rates of which were 70.8%,49.5% and 19.7%,respectively.Deficiency rates of Ca and Mg were positively correlated with age.Only 1 case with excessive blood Pb level was found.Between genders and between non-disabled orphans and disabled orphans,the deficiency rates of Zn,Fe and Ca were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion Fe,Ca and Mg deficiency might be relatively significant in orphans and disabled children of Chongqing
