医院文化建设中存在的误区及对策研究

在医院现代化科学管理中,医院文化建设的重要性和必要性已被医院管理者所接受认可,越来越多的医院开展了文化建设。但是,由于医院文化建设的复杂性,很多医院陷入了医院文化建设的误区,大大限制了医院文化作用的发挥。从医院文化建设的重要作用入手,分析了当前医院文化建设中普遍存在的"肤浅化"、"形式化"、"雷同化"、"脱节化"、"短视化"等一些误区,并有针对性地从医院文化建设必须坚持完善制度建设、坚持突出医院的文化个性、坚持与医院管理紧密结合、坚持领导示范和全员参与、坚持科学规划等5个方面提出了文化建设的策略。

Study on Mistakes and Countermeasures of Constructing Hospital Culture

In the hospital management,the importance and necessity of hospital culture has been accepted by hospital administrators,more and more hospitals have carried out the cultural construction.But,because of the complexity of the cultural construction of the hospital,many hospitals get into errors of cultural construction,which greatly limits the role of the hospital culture.This article discussed the important role of hospital culture,analyzed errors of cultural construction of the hospital,such as "superficial","formal","identical","disjointed"and"shortsighted",and proposed a strategy for the construction of the hospital culture.First,improve the system construction;second,hospital culture must highlight the hospital’s cultural identity;third,hospital culture must be closely integrated with the hospital management;fourth,hospital culture needs demonstration of leadership and full participation;fifth,hospital culture needs scientific planning.
