荫风轮总苷的一般药理学试验研究

摘    要:目的观察荫风轮总苷(TSY)药效学以外的药理作用, 为临床用药提供参考.方法观察用药前后大鼠、小鼠自主活动行为能力,家猫呼吸频率、呼吸深度,狗血压、心率、心电图和大鼠、家兔子宫活动.结果用药后大鼠、小鼠自主活动行为能力,家猫呼吸频率、呼吸深度及狗血压、心率均无明显变化, 用药前后比较, 差异无显著性(P > 0.05);但对离体与在体子宫有兴奋作用.结论在药效剂量下荫风轮总苷对大鼠、小鼠的神经系统,家猫呼吸系统及狗的心血管系统系统均无明显影响;其兴奋子宫作用有助于止血药效的发挥.

Abstract:Aim To observe the general pharmacological action of total saponins of yinfenglun(TSY)except main pharmacodynamics.Method The times of freedom movement in mice and rats, the blood pressure , heart beat rate , heart rhythm in dogs , and the depth of respiration in cats,and uterine contractive effects in rats and rabbits were studied before and after given total saponins of yinfenglun.Results The blood pressure,heart beat rate,heart rhythm,respiratory rate,depth of respiration and freedom movement in animals have no obvious difference after given total saponins of yinfenglun (P>0.05), but have stimulant effect of uterine in vitro and in vivo.Conclusion Total saponins of yinfenglun in effective dose have no obvious influence on nervous system in mice and rats, respiratory system(respiration rhythms,respiration depth)in cats and cardiovascular system in dogs.Its stimulant effect of uterine can reenforce haemostasis action.
