剖宫产同时子宫肌瘤剔除60例分析

目的探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤行剖宫产术时肌瘤剔除的临床效果。方法我院妇产科2002年1月至2009年7月收治妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者82例,其中剖宫产术同时行肌瘤剔除者60例(剔除组),未剔除者22例(未剔除组),比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、产褥病率、伤口愈合情况及住院时间等情况。结果两组术中出血量比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);手术时间、产褥病率、伤口愈合情况、住院时间等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在病例选择合适的情况下,剖宫产术中同时剔除肌瘤是可行、安全的,没有增加手术风险。

Myomectomy during cesarean section:Analysis of 60 Cases
