| 摘 要： | 基因的功能主要是通过其表达的蛋白质来实现的,因此以蛋白质为研究对象的蛋白质组学在生命科学研究中有重要的地位。近年来,应用蛋白质组学技术分析卵巢癌的发生、发展过程中蛋白表达谱的变化,为寻找卵巢癌特异性标志物并探讨其发病机制带来了新的希望,并已取得了一定的进展,该文就此进行简要综述。

| Abstract: | The function of a gene is realized mainly by protein it expresses. So proteomics which makes proteins as study subject, possesses an important position in bioscience. In recent years, application of proteomics in analysis of changes in protein profiles in occurrence and development of ovarian cancer, brought a new hope for finding specific biomarkers of ovarian cancer and exploring their pathogenesis. Already, some progress have achieved. This article reviewed this topic in brief. |
