| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨可吸收线张力带在儿童肱骨外髁骨折中的疗效。方法 对12例儿童肱骨外髁骨折行可吸收线张力带固定。结果 所有患者全部随访8～24个月，临床骨愈合时间为3～4周，肘关节伸屈功能正常，无肘内、外翻畸形。结论 此方法简单，内固定可靠，可早期锻炼，疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of the fixation of absorbable tensile string in treatment of humeral lateral condyle fractures in children. Methods 12 children patients with humeral lateral condyle fractures were treated with fixation of absorbable tensile string. Results All the patients were followed up for 8 to 24 months. The time of clinical bone union was 3 to 4 weeks. The extension and flexion functions of the elbow joint were normal and there was no eversion or varus deformity of the elbow joint. Conclusion This method can provide simple but reliable fixation for humeral lateral condyle fractures and can allow early functional exercises for the patients. |
