摘    要:[目的 ]观察污水处理厂出厂水排放到自然界后微生物的变化和对环境的影响。 [方法 ]于 1999- 2 0 0 0年的丰水期、枯水期和平水期对无锡市芦村污水处理厂出厂水排放口及上游和下游水 ,定时定点连续检测。 [结果 ]经处理后排放到运河的水 ,菌落总数高达 112× 10 6 cfu/ml,总大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群 >1.6× 10 4个 /L。 [结论 ]无锡市芦村污水处理厂出厂水微生物含量较高 ,比无锡市自来水厂取水口的水源水污染严重

Abstract:To observe the changes of microorganism in the water discharged from sewage disposal plant and its effect on the environments The foul water samples discharged to the canal at the exit, upper reach and lower reach points from Wuxi Lucun Sewage Disposal Plant were continuously detected in the fixed time and point during the plenty, normal and low water period in 1999-2000 The total bacterial count was 112 million cfu/ml or more, and the count of coliforms and fecal coliform bacteria were higher than 16000/L [Conclusion] The microorganism value of the foul water discharged from the plant at the exit point was higher than the source of water at intake point of Wuxi Waterworks
