痰热清注射液治疗呼吸系统感染临床疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗呼吸系统感染临床疗效。方法将82例临床慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期、肺炎、支气管扩张症、急性上呼吸道感染和急性气管-支气管患者随机分为痰热清治疗组和对照组。观察发热、咳嗽、咳痰的临床变化和药物不良反应。结果治疗5d后，治疗组总有效率95．12％，对照组总有效率为75．61％，两者间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。不良反应发生率为1．22％。结论痰热清足治疗呼吸系统感染的安全有效的药物。

A clinical observation of Tanreqing injection in treatment of Respiratory system infection

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection on respiratory system infection. Methods Totally 82 cases with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pneumoni, bronchiectasis,acute upper respiratory tract infection and acute traeheobronehitis were randomly divided into Tanreqing group and control group. The extent of expectoration of the fever, couugh, sputum volume and side effect were observed. Results After five-day treatment ,the incidence of clinical effect in treatment group was 95.12% and that in control group was 75.61%. There was significant difference between them （P 〈 0. 05） and side effect rate was 1.22%. Conclusion Tanreqing injection is a safe and effective drug in treatment of respiratory system infection.
