左室条索的二维超声心动图诊断与动态心电图监测

应用二维超声心动图在１４００例受检者中检出左室条索（ＬＶＢ）１２０例（８．５７％）。其附着部位以左室后壁─室隔上部居多（８４．１６％），左室后壁─室隔中部次之（１５．８３％）。将１２０例ＬＶＢ中无器质性心脏病６２例与无ＬＶＢ的正常人群组６２例进行２４小时动态心电图（ＤＣＧ）对照，发现室性早搏发生例数以ＬＶＢ组显著为高（Ｐ＜０．００１），而房性早搏发生例数两组接近（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

A Study on LVB Using 2-DE and DCG

cases of left ventricular bands(LVB) were detected by two-dimensional echocardiogaphy(2-DE) in 1400 subjects(8.57%),and their points of insertion in the heart ware located at the posterior wall and the upper part of ventricular septum in 84.16%,and at the middle part of the septum in 15.83%.of the 120 cases of LVB, no organic heart disease was diagnosed in 62(51.67%).Comparison was made between these 62 cases(LVB group) and other 62 normal subjects(control group) by dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG).The result showed that the incidence of premature ventricular contraction(PVC) of the LVB group was siguificantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.001).The incidence of premature atrial contraction(PAC) had no statistical difference between the two groups(p>0.05).
